columnsCapstone Journal of Law and Public Policy

The Capstone Journal of Law and Public Policy has released our Spring 2023 edition. The theme for this year’s edition is “Women and the Law.” The editing staff chose this theme due to recent developments in the law relating to women’s and reproductive rights due to Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, as well as the 50th anniversary of Title IX.
