Capstone Journal of Law and Public Policy
The Capstone Journal of Law and Public Policy has released our Spring 2023 edition. The theme for this year’s edition is “Women and the Law.” The editing staff chose this theme due to recent developments in the law relating to women’s and reproductive rights due to Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, as well as the 50th anniversary of Title IX.
The Capstone Commentary accepts submissions on a rolling basis from Legal Research Club members, UA students, and students from other universities. Applications for regular contributor positions are available at this link, or submit single posts to the link below.
Entries should be between 500–2000 words in 12pt Times New Roman font with citations in endnotes (Bluebook format preferred) and focus on a topic related to legal issues or public policy.
