The Capstone Journal of Law and Public Policy is currently accepting submissions for our Spring 2022 edition. The theme for this year’s edition is “How COVID-19 Altered the Legal Landscape,” although we accept entries on all topics.  Examples include the pandemic’s effects on healthcare, privacy, and constitutional law, as well as on criminal justice. Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis.

The deadline to be considered for the Spring 2022 edition is Sunday, February 6th, 2022.

Entries should be scholarly in nature and between 10–50 pages in 12pt Times New Roman. Bluebook citations are preferred but not required. 

Capstone Commentary

The Capstone Commentary accepts submissions on a rolling basis from Legal Research Club members, UA students, and students from other universities.  Applications for regular contributor positions are available at this link, or submit single posts to the link below.

Entries should be between 500–2000 words in 12pt Times New Roman font with citations in endnotes (Bluebook format preferred) and focus on a topic related to legal issues or public policy.
