Capstone Journal of Law and Public Policy

Submissions have closed for Volume VII, the Spring 2024 Edition. Submissions are currently open for Volume VIII to be published in Spring 2025.

The Capstone Journal of Law and Public Policy has released our Spring 2023 edition. The theme for this year’s edition was “Women and the Law.” The editing staff chose this theme due to recent developments in the law relating to women’s and reproductive rights due to Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, as well as the 50th anniversary of Title IX.

Submission Requirements

As an undergraduate law review, we look for articles that address and make arguments about law directly. Past Volumes are available on our website to see examples.

• 10 to 40 pages in length
• 12pt Times New Roman
• Double spaced
• Citations in footnotes (Bluebook highly suggested)
• 250-word max abstract
