Founded in 2017 as the State of Alabama’s first undergraduate law review, The Capstone Journal of Law and Public Policy seeks to provide a space for undergraduate students to explore and test their hand in legal research. The student-run editorial board publishes an annual volume of exceptional undergraduate work from students across the southeast and the nation. Published works come from a myriad of disciplines providing analysis and unique arguments about law from local, state, national, and international lenses.
