About The Capstone Journal
Founded in 2017 as the State of Alabama’s first undergraduate law review, The Capstone Journal of Law and Public Policy seeks to provide a space for undergraduate students to explore and test their hand in legal research. The student-run editorial board publishes an annual volume of exceptional undergraduate work from students across the southeast and the nation. Published works come from a myriad of disciplines providing analysis and unique arguments about law from local, state, national, and international lenses.
The Capstone Journal of Law and Public Policy aims to provide undergraduates in the Southeast region and beyond with the opportunity to publish exceptional work, contributing to the discussion of relevant legal issues, their nuances, and their implications.
