Capstone Journal of Law and Public Policy

Submissions are currently open for Volume VIII to be published in Spring 2025.

The Capstone Journal of Law and Public Policy has released our Spring 2024 Edition. This edition was our most diverse yet in both topic and institution. It contains seven articles written by authors hailing from various universities across the southeast and beyond. They explored novel legal and policy questions ranging from the integration of native voices into federal land management, population policy, implicit biases within voir dire, tension between originalism and stare decisis, water disparities, school vouchers, to immigration reform.
