The Capstone Journal of Law and Public Policy has released our Spring 2025 Edition. This edition contains incredibly diverse and fascinating topics, from tribal utilities to the moral underpinnings of state hypocrisy to the NIL regulatory framework.

Submissions for Volume IX to be published in Spring 2026 are now closed.
Submission Requirements
As an undergraduate law review, we look for articles that address and make arguments about law directly. Previous volumes are available on our Past Editions page to see examples.
Formatting requirements for submissions:
- 10 to 40 pages in length
- 12pt Times New Roman
- Double spaced
- Citations in footnotes (Bluebook highly suggested)
- 250-word max abstract
Capstone Commentary
The Capstone Commentary is a short-form blog publication that accepts submissions on a rolling basis from Legal Research Club members, UA students, and students from across the nation.
Complete the Regular Contributor form to submit regular posts, or complete the submission form for single entries.
Submissions should focus on a topic related to legal or public policy issues.
- Entries typically range from 3-10 pages length
- Should be 12pt.
- Times New Roman font
- Citations in endnotes. (Bluebook format is preferred but not required)
